Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

CPD obligations are common in most professions. Many businesses define CPD as a structured approach to learning, helping to ensure that competences improve and knowledge, skills and practical experience develop. CPD can involve any relevant learning activity, whether formal and structured or informal and self-directed. SCAHT is committed to supporting CPD.

Future activities with regard to CPD are currently under development. Information on additional courses/programmes will be posted here as it becomes available.

There is also the opportunity for toxicologists to participate in individual modules of the Master of Advanced Studies in Toxicology.
